This notice explains what AquaGas Heating & Plumbing does with the personal details you give us through this website, in line with the GDPR.

Who is responsible for your details

What we collect

Through the contact form: your name, your phone number, your message, and whether you ticked the box for news and offers. The form does not send anything to a server of ours. Pressing the button opens your own email app with the message ready to send to aquagasdublin@gmail.com, and nothing is sent until you press send there.
If you call or email us directly: whatever you choose to tell us, and your number or email address.
Technical details: our host, Vercel, handles your IP address and basic details such as your browser and the pages you ask for, in its server logs, to deliver and secure the site.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, give you a quote. This is needed to act on your request before any contract, and is in our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
To run and secure the website. Our legitimate interest.
To send you news and offers, only if you ticked the box. This is your consent. The box is never ticked for you, and you do not need to tick it to get a reply. You can withdraw consent at any time by telling us or using the unsubscribe link in any message. Analytics, advertising measurement and the embedded map, where this site uses them: your consent, only when you accept them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your details. These companies handle them for us, only to provide the service named:

Vercel Inc. Hosts this website.
Google (Gmail) Hosts the mailbox that receives your enquiry.
Google (Maps). Shows the map, only if you accept it or press “Show the map”.

Some of these companies are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Your rights
